Tsinghua Unigroup Co., Ltd. (“Unigroup”) is one of the financial investors of Yangtze Memory Technologies Co., Ltd., (“YMTC”). YMTC is an independent legal entity that is operated by its own management team. At present, the management team of YMTC is stable, operations are normal, and capital reserves are abundant. The operating activities of YMTC will not be directly affected by the bankruptcy restructuring legal proceedings of Unigroup.
