On July 13, 2021, Yangtze Memory Technologies Co., Ltd. (“YMTC”) was made aware of recent news and information published by several internet media outlets related to YMTC and the U.S. trade restriction list.

對此，長江存儲鄭重聲明如下：

In response, YMTC provides the following official statements:

1. 長江存儲自成立至今，始終秉承守法合規的經營理念。在國內外各項業務中，長江存儲嚴格遵守所在地法律法規；

Since its inception, YMTC has always complied with all applicable laws and regulations of the jurisdictions in which YMTC conducts its business activities;

2. 長江存儲所提供的產品與服務均為面向商用及民用市場；

YMTC provides products and services exclusively for commercial and civil usage only;

3. 長江存儲遵守WTO公平貿易原則，專注于技術自主研發并充分尊重第三方的知識產權；

YMTC complies with WTO Fair Trade rules, focuses on independent technology development and fully respects 3rd parties’ intellectual property rights;

4. 目前長江存儲生產經營各項業務均在上述原則基礎上正常開展。

Following the above principles, YMTC’s production and business are operating regularly and uninterrupted.
